Julie is a consultant, coach and facilitator with a global portfolio. Specialising in Culture & Leadership, she with people and organisations in transition to support and develop insights and learning. She founded fuchsia blue in 2005 & the Facilitation Shindig – a Learning Space for Practitioners – in 2017.
Julie works to be frank and fair with her clients, getting underneath surface symptoms to address root-cause. Her approach is to blend Head (data & evidence) with Heart (emotion, values, identity) and Hands (practical actions, delivery and outputs).

Julie’s work is underpinned by academic study, having attained an MSc in Organisational Change from Ashridge Business School, but she firmly sees herself as a practitioner, staying relevant and up to date in her thinking through a wide network of connections, clients and colleagues.
